In both countries, rural addresses may take longer depending on your individual location.

Kagi can repair some products in-house. Beaded necklaces and bracelets are able to be re-strung. Sorry, we are not able to replace missing stones as we do not carry stocks. ONLINE SHOPPING

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Paypal, Google Pay and Apple Pay, Layby and Zip-pay.

If an item is SOLD OUT, when will it come back in?

Because many lines are often produced in limited quantities products may sell out. We always suggest getting in early to secure your favourite styles to avoid disappointment. If the product is featured in the sale section and it’s sold out it's unlikely we will restock this item. However we do replenish stock of other products weekly so keep checking back to see if it’s available. Or even better, add it to your Wishlist and we'll let you know straight away so you don't miss out again.

How often do you hold a sale?

As a premium jewellery brand, Kagi rarely goes on sale. Our strategy is to instead offer great value on our RRP everyday prices. However, from time to time we are caught with excess stock or samples so you can expect up to 2 main sales per year. These are most likely to happen in January and July but it's always best to sign up to our Kagi Club to ensure you are kept in the loop as to the next sale opportunity.
