SALES & DISCOUNTS

No exchanges or refunds available for SALE or LIMITED EDITION items other than for changing bracelet sizes (dependent on availability). Please see REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES (below) for more details.

From time to time, Kagi Jewellery may make special promotional offers including but not limited to price discounts, volume discounts, shipping discounts, etc. These offers are made purely at the discretion of Kagi Jewellery and can be withdrawn at any time. The nature of these offers, the timing of these offers and the terms associated with these offers are also purely at the discretion of Kagi Jewellery. No discount will be applied retroactively. Unfortunately that sometimes means that a customer may pay more for an item if they purchase before an offer is publicised or after an offer ends. Please do not request special treatment in this case.

Existing discount codes and vouchers are not valid during certain annual Sales. These can be used after the sale has finished only but not in conjunction with other offers.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

No exchanges or refunds available for SALE  or LIMITED EDITION items other than for changing bracelet sizes (dependent on availability). Please see SALES & DISCOUNTS (above) for more detail. No refunds for earrings due to hygiene.

No change of mind refunds, please make your selection carefully.

We are happy to exchange your necklace purchase for a different size or bracelet purchase for a different size on the basis that the difference in price is made. Please email orders@kagi.net to request a one time only size change only, thereafter a further shipping charge will be required to send your exchange.

Kagi Jewellery accepts returns for products purchased on the Kagi Jewellery website within NZ (not internationally) only. If you purchased Kagi Jewellery at a retail store or another website we can not arrange a return for you, you need to work with the store or website you originally purchased from and adhere to their store policies.

Each stone is individual so there may be some slight variations in colour and size. These semi-precious gemstones aren’t as hard as precious gemstones like diamonds. Therefore they may have some subtle inclusions, lines, marks or chips. The design aesthetic of Kagi Jewellery is less polished and more ‘organic’.

Most stones are imperfect and that's ok so it’s important when you purchase your jewellery that you are aware of this. In all cases, we attempt to use the best quality stones available.

You must inform us of your intention to return an item within 7 days of the delivery date by emailing orders@kagi.net. Please return your item using a track and trace courier.

Items must be in an unworn condition and with the original packaging. International purchases require the cost of return postage to be covered by the customer, not Kagi Jewellery. Unless the goods are damaged or defective or not as specified in your order, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

If the goods were faulty or incorrect then the cost of return postage will be refunded to you.

Refunds will not be given if the goods have been damaged by you, this includes damage caused by inadequate packaging by you when returning goods.

We do not offer refunds on any courier services as we incur the cost with every parcel sent.

REPAIRS
We will repair any manufacturing fault (broken clasp or wire breakage) at no cost within 6 months of purchase. Proof of purchase is required. Please return your item using a track and trace courier.

Manufacturing faults do not include:
Chipped, cracked or broken gemstones, broken chains; general wear and tear including bangles or rings that have bent out of shape, opening and closing mechanisms that have snapped off or oxidised, or plating that has worn off.

PLATING
As with all gold and rhodium plating, over time it will rub and wear off. This is because it’s bonded onto the base metal and is a very thin coating. If you take good care of the jewellery it will last a long time, but understandably it will rub with constant contact and may lose its colour. We recommend gold plated statement necklaces and statement bracelets are only worn on occasion rather than everyday to retain their colour.

If you would like any of the above repairs made, we can assess the damage and will let you know the cost before proceeding.
